How it works
Create an Agent
In Dashboard → AI Agents → New Agent. Give your agent a name and set its role (e.g. "Sales Manager", "Receptionist").
Connect a Channel
Go to Agent → Channels tab. Connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, or add a Telegram bot token.
Write a System Prompt
Define your agent's personality, knowledge base, and behaviour in the Prompt tab. The AI follows your instructions precisely.
Connect Integrations
Optionally connect Google Calendar or amoCRM so your agent can book appointments and log leads automatically.
