⚡ Quick Start
Get your AI agent up and running in under 10 minutes. No coding required.
Step 1 — Create an Account
Go to dashboard.hoookai.com and register. A default admin account is created automatically on first launch.
Step 2 — Create Your First Agent
In the Dashboard, go to AI Agents → click New Agent. Fill in:
- Name — e.g. "Sales Bot" or "Receptionist"
- Role — select "Sales Manager" or "Custom"
- AI Model — GPT-4o Mini is recommended for cost efficiency
Click Save. Your agent is now created.
Step 3 — Write a System Prompt
Open your agent → Prompt tab. This is where you define the agent's personality. Example:
You are a friendly sales assistant for [Business Name].
Your goal is to answer customer questions, collect their contact info,
and schedule appointments.
Business hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00
Services: [list your services here]
Address: [your address]
Always be polite and concise. If a customer wants to book,
ask for their name, phone number, and preferred time.
Step 4 — Connect a Channel
Go to Channels tab in your agent settings. Choose:
Telegram (recommended)
Easiest to set up. Get a token from @BotFather and paste it in.
Scan QR code with your phone. Uses your personal WhatsApp number.
Step 5 — Test It!
Send a message to your bot (on Telegram or WhatsApp) and watch your AI agent respond in real time. Check the Dialogues section in Dashboard to monitor all conversations.
Connect Google Calendar so the AI can book appointments, or set up amoCRM to sync leads automatically.
